Wearing a wig: Modifications

Sometimes a wig is alllmost right, but it needs a little tweaking to be perfect. Or maybe it's no where near what you were wanting and it needs a lot of help. Either way, we've got you covered! Below are some common modifications with links to instructional videos.

All wigs

(synthetic and human hair)

Kathleen from Cysterwigs is pretty much the ultimate wig wizard, specializing in synthetic wigs. Go ahead and join the Moon Kitty Mix Up group on Facebook to see these videos and tons of other tips for how to make your wigs look amazing!

First, cover up any areas that you don;t want to get the spray on, such as the lace that will be against your skin or along your part. (You can use a tissue for the lace front and the handle of a thin makeup brush along the part.) Then, spray the temporary root cover-up in short bursts along the part or near the wig hair that sits on your temples/sides.
